04Forms that open WhatsApp

Most forms on this website do not save your details on our website. When you press "Send on WhatsApp", your details are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device, and the message is sent only when you choose to send it.

Messages sent through WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms). Their use of data is covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We only use the messages we receive to respond to you.

05Job applicants

If you apply for a job with us, we use your information only for hiring and employment purposes. This may include checking your identity, education and past experience, and carrying out background or police verification where required for security roles.

If you are selected, your information becomes part of your employee records and is used for salary, PF, ESI, attendance and other employment needs as required by law. If you are not selected, we may keep your details for a limited time to contact you about future openings, unless you ask us to delete them.
